My name is Dave Miles, currently a freelance photographer, and i am presently building up this site as a portfolio to attract interest in my work. I will be updating my images regularly with varied themes each month so its always worth returning to see how my style is developing. I am currently looking for more locations to exhibit my work if anyone out there is interested in raising my profile, please contact me.
I photograph wherever my imagination takes me, which often means getting up in the early hours of the morning to catch a sunrise or sitting patiently for hours to catch a glimpse of a wild animal. There are many wonderful images to be captured on this planet of ours.
"I enjoy taking landscape photographs and also i have a passion for wildlife photography. This October i am spending a weekend on one of Chris Westons wildlife photography tutorial workshops in Aviemore Scotland. I will be writing a brief journal of my experience, hopefully with some nice captures". In early 2009 i will be starting my BTEC national diploma in photography with a view to completing this within 2 years and then hopefully go on to study for a degree in photography.
"I have travelled to many spectacular places including Africa, Canada and Alaska in my search to capture photographs that hopefully people will enjoy".
I hope when you look at my photographs they give you some form of inspiration !!
